Read below the exact procedure for the Classification test for the Masterclasses.IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to take part in the Classification Test you MUST have signed up for the classification test before online using the SCHED application. Only those which have signed up will be able to take part.
Note also that there is a MAXIMUM number of attendees for the classification test!In order to guarantee a
real Master level in the Masterclasses on Saturday afternoon, we
require of each attendee interested in joining the Masterclasses the prior participation in this classification test on Friday from 8 - 8.45 PM in the Big Arena. Classification test will be performed by the instructors of the Masterclasses. Please understand that only those who passed the qualification test and got labeled as Master by the instructors, will be able to attend the Masterclasses. Needless to say that we ask you to only participate in the classification test if you respect the authority of the instructors performing the classification.
The participation in the Master Classes is free (if you passed the qualification test) for holders of all Take.It.All.Passes (mind if your pass covers the day of the Masterclass!). For holder of a Dance & Fun Pass the fee for a 2 hour progressive unit is 20€ which needs to be paid at the beginning of the Masterclass in cash.
If you want to attend the Master Classes as a couple, then you will also be classified as a couple meaning both will get labeled the lower level (if any). You are requested to notify the instructors before the test if you want to attend and be classified as a couple.
Classification Test Masterclasses Procedure- Open doors for classification test at 7.50 PM
- Classification test starts at 8.15 PM
- Signing up for the classification test via application SCHED is MANDATORY
- People will be checked at entrance via printed SCHED list and marked in list
- Maximum 200 people at classification test in total
- Attendees will be split in four groups. Each group in one corner of the Big Arena.
- Those attendees which apply as couple will be classified as couple.
- After classification started attendees can NOT enter the room any more.
- Attendees MUST have registered at registration desk for their passes BEFORE they enter the classification test.
Order of events at classification test:8:15 – 8:30 PM – all instructors show combination/footwork to their groups in the 4 corners. NO music. All four groups taught parallel.
8:30 – 8:50 PM selection of Supermario On1 Masterclass with music.
8:50 – 9:00 PM selection of Euphoria Footwork on 2 with music.
9:00 – 9:10 PM selection of Ernesto & Denise ChaChaChà with music.
9:10 – 9:20 PM selection of Mistura Semba with music.
Marking those which passed positively:- Each Masterclass instructor(s) will give out the Wristbands which gives access to the Masterclass.
- Those who receive the wristband need to put it on immediately and are classified.
- Those with wristband need to go back to registration at the door 1 and will register there for the corresponding Masterclass. At the desk we check if you have a Take.It.All.Pass. If not, you need to pay the 20€ fee for the Masterclass there.
- All others which are not classified will leave through door 2.
- Everybody who didn’t pass the classification in one group MUST leave the room immediately.
- It is NOT possible to classify for various Masterclasses. Each attendee must decide for which Masterclass he does apply.
